WHO AM I RELATED TO??
Each week I will re-tell a story to you. It will be about someone related to one of our CMs These are famous/infamous/nasty people in their families. If you think you know which of our CMs this person is related to, send one guess per player name to carol@missbingo.com and if you're right, I'll credit you with $10 BBs. Week 6: I am very much honored to be related to and be able to share a story about my great aunt, Marjorie Kinnan Rowlings.
Marjorie wanted to be a writer ever since she was a young girl, and after graduating from the University of Wisconsin, she married fellow writer Charles Rawlings.
Her move to Cross Creek in 1928 inspired her greatest literary success. Her love of the land, creatures, and the people she met in her new home gave her a new literary vision.
in 1933, she divorced my uncle, and published her first book,"South Moon Under". But it was not until 1938 that she wrote some of her best work, "The Yearling", then in 1942 she wrote "Cross Creek".
Marjorie was an incredible woman, with lots of vision, and was one of the best writers of her time. If you have not had the chance to read one of her books, you do not know what you are missing,
I think Cross Creek is my favorite book, it talks about her life at Cross Creek, the people, the land, and the challenges they went through. Which CM is her Niece??

Join us each Wednesday night from 7PM-9PM ET for Hall Wars. Our CMs are really gearing up for battle LOL!!

Here's how it works: You MUST be IN chat no later than 7:15PM to be eligible for bonuses. Hall Wars will be played for two hours. Each time a Roomie Bingos IN chat, they will be awarded $2 BBs and 2 Points for their "Hall". Multiple game winners on the same game will each receive the above.
