Peanut Butter Snowballs - Recipe by bunny691
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of icing sugar
- 3/4 cup peanut butter
- 3 tbsp margarine
Instructions:
Stir in 1/2 cup of graham crumbs shape into balls
Melt 8 squares of baker’s semi-sweet chocolate in microwave for 2mins
Roll the balls in the chocolate and then store in fridge to harden the chocolate.
Apple Cinnamon Pancakes - Recipe by kittieb
Ingredients:
- 1 C flour
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- ½ tsp. baking soda
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- ¼ tsp. salt
- 1 C soymilk: plain or vanilla
- 2 Tbl. oil
- 1½ Tbl. water, 1½ Tbl. oil, 1 tsp. baking powder; mixed together
- 1 apple: cored, peeled, and thinly sliced
- dairy-free margarine
Instructions:
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Set aside.
In a separate bowl, combine soymilk, oil, and water/oil/baking powder mixture.
Add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients and stir until smooth. Add the sliced apples and stir to combine.
Fry pancakes in dairy-free margarine until done in the middle. Make sure there are apple slices in each pancake.
Serve with syrup or sweet cream: ½ C soy sour cream mixed with 1½ Tbl. brown sugar.
Chocolate No Bake Cookies - Recipe by Sandy74
Ingredients:
- ¼ cup of cocoa
- ½ cup of butter
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1/8 tps salt
- 1 tbsp vanilla
- ½ cup milk
- ½ cup coconut
Instructions:
Boil ingredients together in a saucepan for 2mins pour this mixture over 3 cups of uncooked quick oats and ½ cup of coconut in a mixing bowl mix well.
Drop by teaspoonfuls onto waxed paper until set
Blueberry Swirl Cheesecake (16 servings) - Recipe by moncam
Ingredients:
- 1 1/2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 3 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1/3 cup butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 (21-ounce) can blueberry pie filling
Instructions:
In a medium bowl blend together graham cracker crumbs, 3 tablespoons sugar, and melted butter; mix well. Press onto the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch spring form pan; set aside.
Using an electric mixer softened cream cheese until light and fluffy. Gradually add 1 cup sugar; mixing well. Add in eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add in vanilla and beat well. Pour half of the batter into the prepared pan. Spoon blueberry pie filling on top of the batter in a ring pattern about halfway from the edge of the cake. Pour the remaining batter on top.
Bake in a 375°F(190°C) oven for 35 to 40 minutes. Cool to room temperature on a wire rack. Loosen the crust from sides of pan and cool 30 minutes more. Remove the sides of the pan; cool cheesecake completely. Cover and chill at least 4 hours before serving.
Lemon Delight - Recipe by Pipercat
This is my grandmother's recipe for lemon squares - they are sooooo yummy! and take less than 15 minutes total!

Ingredients:
1 cup flour
1/2 cup chopped pecans
1 stick margarine
1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
2-1/2 cups cool whip
2 (3.4 oz) pkgs instant lemon pudding (weight watchers brand is fine for diet conscious)
3 cups milk
1 cup powdered sugar
Instructions:
1st layer: mix flour, pecans and margarine Press into 9x13 inch pan and bake at 350° for ten minutes; let cool.
2nd layer: Blend together cream cheese and powdered sugar. Fold in 1 cup Cool Whip and spread on crust.
3rd layer: Mix instant puddings (you can use weight watchers for a healthier option) with milk and spread on top of second layer.
4th layer: Spread 1-1/2 cups Cool Whip on top and garnish with chopped pecans, if desired.
Chocolate peanut clusters - Recipe by a1builder
Ingredients:
1 pkg of semi sweet chocolate chips
1 can of eagle brand sweetened condensed milk
2 cups of rice crisped
1 cup of peanuts
Instructions:
In a sauce pan over low heat melt chocolate chips with the eagle brand milk.
Remove from heat. Stir in cerel peanuts.
Drop by spoonfuls onto wax paper and let chill for 2 hours until firm
Peach Cobbler - Recipe by shylaB
Ingredients:
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup white sugar
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 cup milk
2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
1/4 cup white sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1 1/2 cups water
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly butter a 9x9 inch glass baking pan.
In a large bowl, cream the butter and 1/2 cup sugar.
In a separate bowl, mix flour, salt and baking powder. Add to the creamed mixture alternately with the milk.
Spread mixture evenly into baking dish .
If using canned peaches, drain thoroughly, reserving the juice. Spoon fruit over batter.
Sprinkle with cinnamon and 1/4 cup sugar. Pour fruit juice or water over the top.
Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 45 to 55 minutes. During baking the fruit and juice go to the bottom and the batter rises.
