Game Rules

1. Players must be at least 18 years of age or have reached the legal age of maturity in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
2. Players are responsible for determining the laws that apply to online gambling in their jurisdiction.
3. Only one account is allowed per household unless you meet the criteria for a second account in your household.
4. The purchase of all cards is final. Different card minimums and maximums apply in each hall, see Halls Page for full details.
5. All games are played automatically and do not require the player to be logged in. Winners are notified by email. Make sure you stay and join the chat games for more chances to win.
6. If there is more than one winner, the prize and or jackpot will be shared equally between all winners, unless otherwise specified in the case of physcial prizes as cash alternative may be given and split accordingly.
7. In order to qualify for bonuses in Chat Games, the player must have purchased cards for the current game and be actively in chat.
8. Real money will always be wagered first.
9. Bonus money cannot be withdrawn.
10. Bonus money can only be used for purchasing bingo cards and for playing the in-game Slots and Scratch Cards. Bonus money cannot be used to play games accessed via the "More Games" button.
11. When a player makes a withdrawal, any un-redeemed bonus funds in the Bonus Balance and any balance in the Bonus Reserve are removed.
12. Funds which are redeposited into a player's account following the reversal of a withdrawal do not qualify for a deposit bonus.

Chat Room Etiquette

1. Respect the CM and her authority at all times.
   
2. The CMM decision is final.
   
3. Please do not write in capital letters in the chat room unless requested to do so by the CM. CMs are required to use CAPITAL letters as it helps players to see instructions.
   
4. Choose your user name wisely. Please keep your name appropriate and in good taste.
   
5. No racial, ethnic or sexual slurs will be allowed in chat.
   
6. No impersonating of any other player is permitted.
   
7. No harassment, arguing or disrespectful attitudes towards other players or any CM will be tolerated.

9. Please do not endorse, solicit or promote any other sites in private or open chat.
   
10. Please do not use language that can be considered rude or offensive to any other player.
    
11. Comments regarding multiple wins, amount of cards played or that are not positive in manner will be considered rude and offensive. Any infraction of this rule could cause you to lose chat privledges.

Terms and Conditions
Please read the agreement carefully and make sure you fully understand its contents. If you have any doubts about your rights and obligations resulting from the acceptance of this agreement, consult legal attorney in your jurisdiction. Miss Bingo cannot currently accept real money gambling from the legal jurisdictions of Israel, Denmark, Jordan and Antigua/Barbuda.

Grant of License
Miss Bingo hereby grants the Player a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable sub-license to use the software for playing bingo.
Miss Bingo is owned by IOG - Intercontinental Online Gaming, a Corporation incorporated under the laws of Antigua and Barbuda and is fully licensed and regulated by the laws of that country for the purpose of operating virtual casino gambling on the Internet, under the name: Bingoland Gaming, through the application of this software.
Miss Bingo reserves the right to change this agreement from time to time. The Player is responsible for consulting the web-site and/or the help file at least once every three months. The Player accepts and agrees to abide by both the terms and conditions of this agreement, as amended from time to time, and the rules of the games.
Miss Bingo uses the best methods available today for the encryption of the user name and password information, and any other delicate information transferred to and from the client application and Miss Bingo servers, thus securing the Player and the bingo game against manipulation attempts by a third party.

Player Representation and Warrantties
The Player is at least 18 years of age or has reached the legal age of maturity in his/ her jurisdiction, whichever is greater.

The Miss Bingo operation of virtual bingo is directed only towards players who by the laws of their home jurisdiction are not prohibited from gambling on the Internet through the application of the software. Some jurisdictions have not yet addressed the legality of the use of software for gambling, while some jurisdictions have specifically made Internet gambling illegal. It is impossible for Miss Bingo to determine the state of the law in every jurisdiction around the world on an ongoing basis. Therefore, the Player accepts sole responsibility for determining the laws that apply in his/her jurisdiction. The Player is responsible for any consequences that may transpire as a result of his/her not determining the legality of Internet gaming in his/her jurisdiction.

Commercial use of the Miss Bingo is strictly forbidden. The Player will play only for private and non-professional purposes. Before placing bets, the Player is responsible for verifying the laws on gambling which governs the place where the Miss Bingo client is used.

The Player fully understands the rules of the games and the procedures involved in Internet gambling through use of this software application.

The Player will use this software application to gamble on the Internet for his/her own private personal use only and not for the use of others.

The Player is obliged to keep his/her private User-ID and Password secret and confidential. Any use of the software application through the Player's User-ID is the sole responsibility of the Player. The Player will not allow any third party or person, including and without limitation to any minor, to use his/her account to place wagers or participate in the games in any way.

The Miss Bingo game server has been checked by a third party accounting firm and was found to supply fair odds and to comply with the laws and the regulations of the nations of Antigua and Barbuda.

The Player accepts all outcomes of game results as received in the client application from Miss Bingo's game server. The Player fully accepts and agrees that Miss Bingo's random number generator software will determine the outcome of the Games.

The Player is fully aware of the fact that there is the risk of losing money through the use of this software.

The source of the funds used by the Player to wager in this software application is legal.

The Player hereby accepts that Miss Bingo reserves its right to limit and/or refuse the Player's wagers.

In the event of any dispute regarding a wager or winnings, the decision of Miss Bingo shall be final and binding.

Cashouts of $5000 and above can be subjected to an additional pending period of a maximum of 7 days.

The Player is fully responsible for any taxes and fees applicable to winnings resulting from use of the software. If winnings are taxable in the Player's jurisdiction, the Player is required to keep track and report the winnings to the appropriate authorities.

Miss Bingo reserves the right to refuse or rescind the Bonus for any reason including, but not restricted to, player abuse. In case of abuse, Miss Bingo reserves the right to discontinue player's membership and to prevent the player from accessing Miss Bingo in the future.

When attempting to meet wagering requirements for a bonus award, any wagers made using winnings won from excluded games will not count towards the wagering requirement.

You are allowed only one active account. Winnings or Contest Points cannot be accumulated across multiple accounts in the Bingoland Network. Winnings will only be paid to players having ONE account. If you have more than one account, all winnings and bonuses will be void. Only one account per household allowed.
